Welcome to our property FAQ. Please click on any questions on the left, to find answers
to questions you may have about using the many features that sell-my-house-quick.com
can offer you. You can adverties any kind of property you like - residential or commercial,
lettings and sales, for a small, one-time only fee. The fees vary depending on your country:
$15 for U.S customers, £10 for customers in the U.K, €10 for Ireland, and $10 AUSD for
Australian listings.
For that fee, you can list your property as long as you like, you can upload up to 6 pictures
and all the information you think may be relevant. You can also choose to show or conceal
your details - we offer an email forwarding service, which allows users to send you email via
our site. There are 'contact the owner' buttons on all listings, so you can type in your
questions and comments.
You may also see on the site that we have 'Discounted properties'. These are sellers who
have registered with us, and are negotiable on price. Their property will have been valued
and they are willing to be negotiable on the selling price. To access these details, you must
have credit in your account.
You can buy credit through your profile page, once you have regsitered.
It's simple and easy to register: click our 'register' tab at the top of the page. You are asked
to create a username (whatever you like - there are no numbers or minimum amounts) and
your email address. You are then emailed a confirmation letter. You need to click on the link
in this email, which will confirm your account. From here you can buy credit to list your property,
or access discounted properties.
Residential listings are always free on www.sell-my-house-quick.com. Fees are charged only
for residential sales, and commercial properties that are for sale and lease.
