You will first need to create an account, you can do this by clicking on "Register" at the top of the screen.

Part of the registration process involves confirming your account through an email which is sent to you. Once you have confirmed your account, you can then publish listings.

Once you have done this, and you have logged in, you will see a link to your profile page.  Clicking on this link will allow you to alter your personal details, purchase credits and manage your properties.

Note that you will not be able to publish a property unless you have previously bought some credits. To do this, click on 'buy more credits' next to the trolley icon.

Select the number of credits you would like. Click 'checkout'. Fill out your credit card details and click 'Agree and continue'. You have now bouhgt credit, and are ready to go.

Once you have bought credits, you can now add a listing to the site. To add a property just go into your profile page and click on "Add property". Upload photographs, and information to create your listing.
